Pregnant passengers / Expectant mothers can travel in Air Italy until 8 months of your pregnancy. For travel after 8 months, you need to provide a medical certificate stating that

• the due date of delivery if expected within 4 weeks following the scheduled return flight
• the pregnancy has had complications that will not permit travel;
• the pregnancy is a twin birth.

* ticket change fees and penalties cannot be waived for pregnancy.
